Here at Desert Rose, we believe in full-body healing. This means that we not only provide topical skincare and services but we also provide supplements so you can heal your skin, and correct aging from the inside out! Cool, right!?
You'll see that we offer an all-natural CBD skincare line called Color Up Therapeutics for your everyday soothing essentials and a holistic medical line called Osmosis Beauty. Osmosis is where you'll find the supplements for internal healing and our most concentrated skincare.

Where are you located?
It will be extremely beneficial for you to know where you're going and we know downtown can be a little tricky. So we hope this helps!
We are located at 104 Circle Way, Suite E
Lake Jackson, TX 77566
Desert Rose is located directly on Circle Way. When parked out front, you can see Chips Restaurant and Collins Music and if you look to your left (facing the street) you'll see the intersection where The Local and All-Star Pizza is at.
When you walk up to the building you will see two main entrances. We are on the left-hand side. We are the middle door between Hair Obsession and the Audiologist.
Please don't bring children under the age of 12 to your appointment.
We love your little ones but listen you need some you time and we like to keep a Spa atmosphere. So it's a win-win!
You deserve the best experience possible and we want to give that to you.
Since this is a Spa we have lots of equipment, products, and easily breakable items. We don't want either of us to be stressed or distracted during your appointment.
Please keep childcare in mind for your babies when making your appointments.
Can I bring my kids?
Absolutely! Come in and enjoy a lounge chair, dim lights, and relaxing music.
Once you check in our Spa Coordinator will escort you to The Relaxation Room where you can relax and transition from your busy lifestyle.
Take this moment to take some deep breaths, close your eyes, meditate or RELAX.
You deserve it!
*Please keep your PHONE ON SILENT while in The Relaxation Room. If you need to accept a call please take it out in the lobby.

Will I get appointment reminders?
Life gets busy sometimes, right? We know how important this appointment is to you so we want to make sure you're able to keep track of your calendar!
When you make your appointment you'll receive a confirmation text and email.
6 days before your appointment (if applicable) You’ll receive a text and email reminder.
3 days before your appointment (if applicable) you'll receive a text asking to confirm your appointment. *At this time please make any adjustments to your appointment if you have realized the day and time no longer work with your schedule.
One day before your appointment you will receive a text reminder.
On the day of your appointment, you will receive one last reminder two hours before your arrival time.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards.
When making cash purchases please bring exact change. We do not keep extra cash/change on the premise.
Tips can be given by card or with cash as long as no change is needed.
Want to pay part cash and part card? No problem! We can absolutely do that for you.
What if I need to cancel my appointment or I am running late?
Here at Desert Rose, we completely understand that life happens. Things come up and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. No biggie!
To avoid a 50% cancellation fee a 48hr notice is required for all appointments over 60min. All other appointments must be canceled or rescheduled by 5 pm the day before.
*This includes any adjustment to your service (for example: wanting to add on or take away a scheduled service). Any services canceled after the cut-off time will be subject to the below terms.
When you give us a heads up this will allow us an ample amount of time to make adjustments to the schedule and offer your spot to someone else who is eagerly excited and waiting to get in!
If an emergency arises and you must request a same-day cancellation Desert Rose offers a one-time grace per year. Your cancellation fee will be waived and this grace will be documented.
For non-emergency, second-time same-day cancellations within the same year, or if you fail to show up to your appointment without any notice you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
This charge will go directly to your card on file or you will be invoiced. *You will not be able to reschedule or schedule a future appointment until this has been paid.
Late arrival: To receive the best possible service being on time is super important! Not only for you but for the service provider and the client scheduled after you.
If you arrive late this may result in an adjustment to your service or your spot could be forfeited and you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. *This depends on your arrival time and the service that is scheduled.
